We appreciate your support in ordering from us! We aim to ship all of your orders within 1-3 business days however can not guarantee these timeframes. Your order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, processing delays and period with a high volume of orders. 

All orders are processed by Cowgirl Curated and sent via Australia Post tracked shipping. You will receive an Australia Post tracking number when your order has been fulfilled. Any time delays that occur throughout the shipping process are the responsibility of Australia Post. Once your items leave us, it is out of our hands to speed up the delivery process.
